Business Concepts
2 frameworks // import * as insightsBusiness is full of hidden dynamics that rarely get discussed. The frameworks and mental models that actually drive decisions, shape organizations, and determine success or failure often go unexamined—either because they're uncomfortable to talk about or because we've simply never thought to question them.
These are my attempts to articulate those concepts. Each piece explores a specific idea in depth: what it is, why it matters, and how to think about it more clearly. I write these for myself as much as anyone else—forcing myself to structure my thinking and challenge my assumptions.
Some of these ideas come from experience, some from observation, and some from connecting dots across different domains. They're not meant to be definitive answers, but rather starting points for thinking more rigorously about how business actually works.
These pieces are longer reads—typically 10-20 minutes. They're meant to be studied, not skimmed. If you're looking for quick tips, these probably aren't for you. But if you want to understand the deeper patterns behind business decisions, you're in the right place.
